This is aventura living at it's best..What a value for 1800 sq and great views of waterfalls , golf , gardens , plenty of green..Unit has great floor plan and is corner unit.Master bedroom and bathroom are huge ..Master bath has huge tub, shower , bidet, makeup table ..This is a great unit dont let the 3rd floor bother you. This unit is at least 40 feet in the air and feels very open and peaceful. The sound of a waterfall and its appearance is very soothing. The second bedroom is almost a master as well
