All contracts/offers are subject to seller senior mgmt approval and any offers or counter offers by seller are not binding unless the entire agreement is ratified by all parties. Seller is committed to swift and accurate responses on all valid offers. Th ere is a $75 doc fee paid by Buyer at closing.
