Rose Realty &Associates, Inc. was founded in a converted garage in 1961 by Jackie & Al Rose, who recognized the need for Spanish-speaking real estate agents to meet the demands of the burgeoning population of Hispanic immigrants. Together they built a sterling reputation as a firm with old-fashioned work ethic, integrity and a deeply held passion for real estate.

Not surprisingly, the Roses’ four daughters adopted the same passion for real estate pursuing the same professional path in life. When most girls were playing house, the Rose girls were playing their own version of Monopoly, buying, selling and renting rooms in their house from each other!

When customers would bring their relatives and line up outside the offices of Rose Realty & Associates, Inc., the young Rose girls took great pride in being sent off to show neighborhood properties, and report back to their mother about what each family thought of the showings.  All of the Rose daughters earned real estate licenses as teenagers becoming real estate brokers by their early 20s.

Over the years, the firm acquired expertise in all areas of the Miami real estate market. Including residential, commercial, industrial and land investment-- at all budget levels.  Transactions have ranged from $100,000 to $24 million.  No deal is too big or too small.

Today, Rose Realty & Associates, Inc. continues to thrive as a boutique real estate firm, both family owned and operated.

Rhonda has spent her life working hard and achieving her goals.  After graduating from George Washington University with a degree in Accounting, she went on to get her Masters in Real Estate and Finance.  At the age of 21, she had her real estate broker's license. She began work with her parents, Jackie and Al Rose, who founded Rose Realty more than 50 years ago. She attributes her hard work ethic, professionalism, integrity, compassion for others and knowledge of the business to her parents.

Rhonda has been the president of Rose Realty & Associates, Inc. for almost 20 years. Throughout her career she has won several awards for her real estate accomplishments.

Rhonda is always a step ahead of her competition with her impeccable service, personality, and caring most about her clients' needs.  She has maintained the loyalty of many of her clients for over 25 years. Referrals and repeat business attest to her outstanding reputation.

Whether you are purchasing your first house or are a savvy investor, she will guide you through the multiple steps of buying or selling your home. If you are a buyer, she will listen to your needs and show you only the properties that are consistent with your criteria. If you are a seller, she will help you with tips towards the preparation of your home as well as perform an intense marketing campaign to reach the appropriate buyers. You can count on her availability and commitment to each and every client.

Rhonda feels blessed by her community and considers "giving back" as her thank you.  She has been on the Board of Directors of Voices for Children spanning over a 20-year period.  VFC helps ensure that every abused and neglected child has a court appointed Guardian ad Litem as well as funding the medical, educational and social needs of the foster child.  Rhonda donates 5% of her commissions to Voices for Children.

Rhonda is married to Alan Drecksler and has three incredible daughters.

Alan comes from a real estate family. He operated a very successful mortgage company for over 25 years, while also maintaining his real estate and appraisal practice. His experience also includes a three-year stint working with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Alan has integrated his knowledge: matching the financial capability of clients with the home that best suits their needs at the maximum value. His calm demeanor makes everyone feel comfortable.

Alan is a graduate of Miami Beach High School and Florida State University. He lived and worked in Atlanta and Los Angeles for several years before returning to Miami and marrying Rhonda, his teenage sweetheart. Alan is passionate about being a family man, as well as helping clients meet their investment goals.

Alan donates 5% of his commissions to Voices for Children, an organization that helps children in foster care.

Diana Rose Fleeman earned her real estate sales associate's license at the age of 17 and earned her real estate broker's license by the time she was 22.

She graduated from the University of Florida with a business degree and a major in real estate.  Diana combined forces with her sister Rhonda in their family business, Rose Realty & Associates, over 10 years ago and they have enjoyed a history of great success.

As a Miami native and resident for over 50 years, she knows what it takes to make a great life in South Florida and enjoys helping her clients do the same.  Diana has lived on historic South Miami Avenue for over 24 years and specializes in homes and condominiums located in the areas she knows and loves best: Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Brickell/Roads, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables.

Diana is passionate about her work because it allows her to use her real estate background and training to help meet her clients' needs, whether they are buying or selling.  She takes great pride in making the process run more smoothly and really connecting with the people with whom she works.

Diana has served in a volunteer capacity for many years and is an active parent advisor for autism intervention and advocacy.  Her commitment to others is expressed through her donation of a minimum of 5% of her commissions to organizations that are dedicated to two of her greatest passions: curing cancer and promoting employment for college graduates who are on the autism spectrum.

Diana is married to her husband John Fleeman for over 30 years and is very proud of her two amazing daughters.
