Rose Realty &Associates, Inc. was founded in a converted garage in 1961 by Jackie & Al Rose, who recognized the need for Spanish-speaking real estate agents to meet the demands of the burgeoning population of Hispanic immigrants. Together they built a sterling reputation as a firm with old-fashioned work ethic, integrity and a deeply held passion for real estate.

Not surprisingly, the Roses’ four daughters adopted the same passion for real estate pursuing the same professional path in life. When most girls were playing house, the Rose girls were playing their own version of Monopoly, buying, selling and renting rooms in their house from each other!

When customers would bring their relatives and line up outside the offices of Rose Realty & Associates, Inc., the young Rose girls took great pride in being sent off to show neighborhood properties, and report back to their mother about what each family thought of the showings.  All of the Rose daughters earned real estate licenses as teenagers becoming real estate brokers by their early 20s.

Over the years, the firm acquired expertise in all areas of the Miami real estate market. Including residential, commercial, industrial and land investment-- at all budget levels.  Transactions have ranged from $100,000 to $24 million.  No deal is too big or too small.

Today, Rose Realty & Associates, Inc. continues to thrive as a boutique real estate firm, both family owned and operated.
